5605 Great product!!! I have been using grounding pads for a little over a year now. I decided to to try this larger pad out and I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it was and how well it helped me ground. My wife and I started grounding when she started having MS symptoms and the Drs we visited were of no real help. Since grounding and cutting out processed foods she hasn’t had any more episodes. For people new to grounding what you will notice is that you will sleep better and if you wake up in the middle of the night it will be much easier to fall back asleep. You will also notice better circulation ex. If your arm goes numb because you slept on it wrong if you touch the pad blood will flow back within seconds. Guys will notice morning wood( unless there is a medical condition. Just remember this pad goes over your bed cover not under it so that you can have the most contact with it. Anyway I am very happy with my purchase.

This is my fourth grounding kit and, if I had to start over again on my learning and experience journey, I'd start with this kit. Of note, this set is the most comprehensive set in that: 1) the instructions are comprehensive and well done, 2) the set includes the grounding mat and the typical 15 foot cord, but also includes a test pen for reassurance and 3) there is a uniform distribution of the silver fibers compared to the first grounding mat I ever obtained and consistent with the other two I own. As I've learned over time, silver fibers are surficial and will only be on one side, which is the side that contacts your skin. Some textiles have the gridlines visible, but several do not, including this version. Whether they do or not, the pen comes in handy in detecting the silver fibers. My first mat was intended for grounding feet on the floor. My second was a quilted version for the bed, but with far less surface area for contact than this version has. This version is not quilted and more mat-like, but is long enough for full body contact neck down for me. I've placed it vertically over the fitted sheet on my side and the adjustable elastic webbing really helps the pad to stay in place. Super easy. So this format works best for optimized contact while sleeping, which is the longest time we ever stay in place. Finally, one small detail that stands apart from this grounding mat compared to the others I've used is that this grounding mat has two snap sites for locating the cord. That really matters and is a very thoughtful detail from the manufacturer. There are a few reasons: you ideally want the snap site that connects to the cord to be away from your head, toward the outside of the bed and closest to the outlet for grounding. This doesn't always work out, but with 2 snap sites it really increases the probability that the cord is sufficiently located and out of the way.Overall, this is a great kit. I've been grounding for a while now and, if I had to help someone else get started, this is the set I'd recommend or even gift.

I got this pad to try out the whole grounding thing, hoping it might help me sleep better or feel a bit more refreshed. It’s made of soft, smooth material, kind of like a cozy bedsheet but with tiny holes for breathability. Literally, when I first touched it, I was like, “Oh, this feels nice!” It’s not too thick, so it doesn’t change how your mattress feels. I just slip it over my queen size mattress, the elastic straps underneath are adjustable, so it stays put even if you’re a restless sleeper like me.Sleeping on it is feels comfy. It doesn’t trap heat too much. I was hoping it would help with that grounded, calm vibe people talk about, and while I don’t feel like I’m floating on clouds or anything, I do wake up feeling okay, maybe a tad less groggy some days. I like the idea of it pulling negative energy out of my body while I sleep, but I can’t say I’ve noticed a huge difference yet. I’m keeping it on the bed, though, because it’s cozy, and I’m curious to see if the benefits build up over time.

I can’t tell it is doing anything And I don’t like the feel of the pad at my bare skin .

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the Knocoka Grounding Mat, but I have to say, I’m pleasantly surprised! Right out of the box, the PU leather material feels way softer and stretchier than I anticipated—it’s pliable, breathable, and has those tiny perforations that make it feel extra comfy. Definitely not stiff or plasticky like some other mats out there. One of the biggest perks is the grounding/conductivity test pen, which was such a cool little bonus! The pen is super responsive, and the LED indicator lights up instantly when it touches the mat, reassuring me that it’s actually doing what it’s supposed to. I even tested an older fabric-based grounding mat, and let’s just say… the Knocoka mat is leagues ahead in conductivity. With the older mat, I had to carefully align the tester with the silver grids and even had to press a little bit for closer contact—this one is effortless.Size-wise, it’s a bit small for a bed setup but works perfectly on an armchair or for targeted grounding while lounging. The elastic straps keep it in place. I also love that it’s low-maintenance—it’s easy to wipe clean, stain-resistant, and doesn’t seem like it’ll need washing (hand wash only). The price feels pretty standard for a grounding mat, but given the quality and functionality, I’d say it’s worth it. Now, the real test is seeing how it holds up with daily use over time—but so far, I’m super happy with this purchase!Would totally recommend it for anyone looking for a solid grounding option with great conductivity.
