This is a nice set for the price! There is a variety of pencil types and a handful of tools that I have never used before. It is nice to be able to try different things that we have always wanted to try but never wanted to buy individually because we didn't know what to buy exactly. Now my kids and I are experimenting with things like charcoal pencils, watercolor pencils, and other tools. The only thing missing from this set is an explanation of all the tools and suggestions for use. While the lion tutorial does cover a specific use for the colored pencils, I would have preferred a more generalized guide for each type of tool. We have had to google as we didn't know what some of the items even were such as the paper blending stumps. I especially like the pencil extender - something I never knew existed! So now we can use pencils down to the last bit as they get smaller. Overall it's a good set for those experimenting and learning with art.

The set comes with an enormous amount of pencils for all media. With 82 pieces in all, you can not go wrong with this set as a beginner or someone who is a little more advanced with their art skills. Would make a great gift for any aspiring artist!

I was honestly blown away by this kit. It’s perfect for beginners or professionals. It includes a nice sturdy bag, coloring book, sketchbook, and a drawing tutorial. It also includes a range of tools like white charcoal pencils, charcoal pencils, glitter pens, a fountain pen, a range of beautiful colored pencils, water colored pencils, metallic pencils, and a double hole pencil sharpener. It also includes other tools I am personally not familiar with, but eager to learn how to use. This kit is truly versatile and perfect for any artist or hobbyist. It’s honestly a great value and the quality of each item is outstanding!

I live the storage available with this set. The pencils write well and the color selection is amazing. You get 82 individual colors which makes blending to find the exact hue you want so much easier. The leads are durable and hold up to pressure. These would make a great gift for the artist in your life. The value for what you get is a game changer as well. Now instead of a set of 12 or 15 colors, now you get 82 colors to choose from!

First, this has everything the artist (beginning or otherwise) needs in a basics kit. It has several different kinds of colored pencils - regular, watercolor & metallic. It has regular sketching pencils, charcoal pencils, & other items too numerous to mention. The kit also comes with a sketch pad, coloring book & tutorial for the front illustration. All items are packed in a carryall & makes your art portable. My major gripe is that the sections each lift out, rather than using a zipper to lay the various artist's tools out flat. While the cost is not bad for everything you get, would putting a zipper seriously affect the price? I believe that's what would turn this product from good to great!

So complete. So many tools I never expected. Lots of variety of colors including metallics, with a sharpener, sand paper pad and coloring book, sketch pad, etc. Strong case and well-made, easily keep your pencils together and room enough to add coloring books and more markers or color pencils.
