Was missing piece, And look like it was repackaged it's slightly damaged as you can see Like something already chewed on it Was supposed to come with 3 balls I only got 2 and I only got 2 of the screw on pieces But I got 5 washers, didn't see anything about it being a re-sold item

So I have two bunnies and I love this. You can hang it but it can be a bit high when placing it over a litter box for smaller buns. I just place it in the litter box and they eat right out of it. Holds more hay than most hay feeders and makes eating hay more accessible which is ideal.

My chinchilla loves this hay holder! We have a ledge right off to the side of it so he reaches in to grab hay or sometimes he even jumps in it. It’s the perfect size for our Ferret Nation cage & great quality.
