Poor quality...very cheaply made....needed to replace and wanted something like my old one that I had for many,many years....no comparison to my original...very light an flimsy...

Poorly made, poor quality. The first time I used it, it was very difficult to light, as the mechanism that is supposed to raise the globe did not function properly, only raising it slightly. The lever is so thin that pushing just a bit harder bent it and only exacerbated the problem. The second time I managed to light it, the flame started acting erratically, so I turned the knob to lower the wick and extinguish it....and it WOULDN'T GO OUT. As I write this, the lantern is sitting outside in my firepit, slowly burning the rest of the fuel.I suppose you get what you pay for with these cheaper models....but this one is actually dangerous. Don't waste your money.

I bought this lantern hoping for a reliable and affordable option, but unfortunately, the low price reflects its quality. The materials are cheaply made, and it's very difficult to use because of the poor design. The wick adjustment is frustrating; the wick holder does not stay in place. The glass globe does not allign with the holder. If you're looking for a sturdy, easy-to-use lantern, this one isn’t it. Spend a little more for better quality.
