I bought it to train at home and it has been an excellent investment, the sack has a good size, it is heavy for a good workout the leather looks durable and you can stand intense karate sessions, the gloves are comfortable and of good quality

Pretty happy with this bag. Easy to fill with some old clothes and sandbags. The material feels nice and pretty straightforward to hang. I could customize it to my particular training style.

This punching bag set is perfect for at-home training! The 4ft bag is a great size for both punches and kicks, and the PU material feels durable and well-made. It came with everything I needed — gloves, reflex ball, and wristbands — which was a nice bonus. Even though it’s unfilled, it was easy to stuff with old clothes and sand for the right weight. Once mounted, it holds up well to intense sessions.

Filled with blankets and some bags of rice to help establish some weight and it worked out terrific was easy to assemble and mount to the ceiling and I’m really getting into boxing so this is a very affordable way to add a punching bag in my basement gym

I had to buy 3 bags of stuffing $20 each and the bag is so poorly made had to order a set of gloves as well gloves in pack was made of bent cardboard not even close to boxing gloves .So add 60 and buy a better set that’s prestuffed

In the pic you see to the left a 10oz glove I ordered and to the right the "12oz" glove you're buying with this bundle. Doesn't have any tags inside saying what size it really is but if I had to guess that's probably a 4oz or 6oz glove. Hand wrap and reflex ball are good and as for the punching bag we'll see how it is once I get it filled and used. If it holds same quality as the gloves most def will be lowering rating and asking for refund.
