This is the second Haoge square hood I am getting. I have one for the Sigma 30mm 1.4 and one for Sigma 18-50 mm 2.8 lenses. The hoods fit the lenses perfectly. They are noticeably smaller than the OEM lens hoods.

I've been looking for a square hood for my Sigma 18-50 for quite a while now and was very happy when I saw this lens hood. The build quality of this lens hood is solid, durable, all metal. What I like about this hood is how it complements my Fujifilm XT5. The square shape goes nicely with the classic look of the XT5. This lens hood is also great in protecting my lens, I have dropped it one time just maybe 2 feet from a wooden floor, and the lens was unscathed. When it comes to lens flare, I did shoot a couple of times with the sun in the background and it did a good job in minimizing flare both from the wide and long focal length. Overall I'm very satisfied with this hood, I'll buy more square lens hood for my other lenses when available.
