This was the biggest waste of money, and I doubt I'll get any satisfaction from either HAPPY BUY or AMAZON.Hard to use once extended.During second use last week, the part holding the blades onto the pole (came installed as a unit), almost fell on my head and was completely bent!What a piece of trash. If you order go stright to the garbage. I'll never order anything from this company again.

Pértiga resistente aunque algo pesada, la tijera va muy bien pero el serrucho no se puede usar con más de dos tramos, ya que es muy endeble.

Mit der Baumstange war mir es problemlos möglich, eine ca. 8 m hohe Buche ohne Benutzung einer Leiter wieder in Form zu bringen. Tipp: zunächst 4 Elemente (= 4 Meter) zusammenschrauben, die Stange dann in eine fast vertikale Lage bringen und weitere Elemente, während die Baumstange am Baum angelehnt ist, bei Bedarf jeweils von unten zusätzlich montieren. Dann ist ein problemloses und effektives Handling möglich.

Great value. A little heavy and hard to use fully extended. Pole tends to bow on a 1/2" branch. Saw was useless at those heights. Works great for smaller branches. It's a workout too.

Things that I like:1. It comes with a strong canvas bag, and all parts could be held in it. There is separate holder on the bag for the saw, which is quite considerate.2. The saw is sharp. The thickest branch I cut so far is about 2 inches in diameter. No problem.Things that should be improved:1. The string to the pruner is too short and flimsy. It broke the first day in use when I tried to cut a branch about 1 inch in diameter. My arm strength is average.2. One of the bolts has a bad thread, so nut can't be fastened. I had to find the same nut and bolt from my old pruner to replace it the first day in use. Spare parts should be provided for damage or lose.

It prunes and cuts effectively at different lengths.There was a weird rust on the threads that has never gone away, but has not spread either.I'm giving this 5 stars as a budget pole for DIY projects.For sawing limbs, you'd have to be at an angle from the limb rather than below it, much further than just using the loppers straight up. But the back and forth sawing motion poorly translates thru the full length of the poles into effective cutting due to either the sag in the pole or the poles unscrewing themselves.The rope included is too short, but this is easy to fix.I think the angle feels wrong on the saw- it wants to hook instead of cut. This can be modified with a drill bit and experimentation.Other weirdness- the amazon listing tells you not to use it near power lines, but the paper in the package tells you it was designed with work near power lines in mind (with safety gear, mind you)

I gave this product 4 stars as it is a really good tool. It does the job of cutting with the saw along with the pruner/cutting bit. I will say that it is very difficult to get the pole up to the tree when using all of the poles provided (to get to the 26 feet). You will likely need two people to do so but I was able to manage myself so one person is possible.As for the drawbacks, the rope for pulling and making the cuts is too short for using all the poles (even most of the poles) that come with the product. Not a huge deal but it would be nice if it came ready to use as advertised. In addition, the bolts/screws come loose if you are using the saw for an extended amount of time so I HIGHLY recommend that you check the screws/bolts every now and then to make sure they are tight.Finally, is it possible to use this pole to cut tree branches at the 26 feet length? Yes! Just take your time and saw away. I was a bit amazed that cutting was possible at that length.

The rope that creates the pulley system is extremely short for the pole being 28 feet long. It also is not the strongest and broke after a few branches being cut. Now we will have to go buy a new heavier rope and create a new pulley for this device. The saw is very flimsy and maybe should be thicker and shorter for more durability. The loppers are sharp and cut very easily when they were cutting and the pulley seemed very easy to use, smooth and easy to pull down and cut, but those are the only good things I found about this device. Don't buy it thinking you will be able to saw high branches, that doesn't work. Don't buy it thinking it will last a long time before breaking, that doesn't work (the rope broke).

This product has real value. It enable you to get to some high areas without a ladder. The only problem when using the max height; it is somewhat hard to control and tend to bow. But, it beats being on a high ladder. I would not use this around any electrical wires due to the fact that if you lost control of it-it may fall into the wires. Overall, for the price and benefit I would recommend it.
