I purchased this extender because I needed something in a classroom with a projector that was displaying a 16:10 1920x1200 image. I also needed something with 4 USB inputs. This fit the bill, and worked well.Two months later - tried in a system that needs 4K. At first, it wasn't working, but when I changed the computer output from 60Hz to 30Hz, it worked fine.

I work for a security company and have used over a half a dozen of these. They work flawlessly and are plug and play. The one that didn't work, they replaced without hesitation and I received it the next day. Highly recommend!

I used the HDMI, USB (keyboard, mouse and camera) and Audio features. All worked flawlessly with no noticeable lag. The audio quality was exactly the same as when the speakers were connected directly to the computer. My run was only 40 feet but it was over CAT5. I am very pleased.

I ordered this for my client he has a run of 290 feet, so I had 100 Feet to spare but this unit just did not work right out of the box.

Running a 100 ft Cat 7 cable and able to connect an audio interface, mouse, keyboard and computer monitor without any issue. How ever, the audio is not sounding good when running connection at the transmitter feeding to extender. I was hoping the audio I/o where analog but it appears to be some kind of conversion happening as the sound is very different from the source. Would love to know how the audio works on this box!

If your a strongly technical person, this is going to work GREAT for you. Latency is hardly noticable. I did notice that it won't work very well through cheaper switches though. So if you get flickering, it may be your network switch.Now, I really just want to know, Is it possible to buy just an additional receiver for another room???
