I actually use this as a bread proofer. I put it on op of one of those food warming pads. Works well for making bread in cooler weather. Folds up nicely for storage too

I use an Elite Gourmet ETO-4510M French Door 47.5Qt convection oven for sublimation. But I recently got a tumbler press, so I am putting my convection oven up until I need it. This dust cover worked beautifully. Unpacked, unfolded, placed over convection oven. Because this isn't the oven mentioned in the description I totally went off of measurements. It does leave a little gap at the bottom of the oven, but that's because my oven isn't the exact one mentioned in the description. So no worries for me. Works like a charm.
