They are tiny and it is nearly impossible to attach the hook. And it slips off easily. The magnet is extremely strong but as it is about 1/4" big, it is hard to move.I am extremely dissatisfied. This was an absolute waste of money.

These are quite small for the price and quantity (about the size of a quarter) and while the rubber cover is nice to protect surfaces it also means there's very little friction in the horizontal direction, it slides very easily with a light pull. I wouldn't trust it. The vertical direction seems more secure.

These magnets are super strong! I like that they are rubberized so they are easy to grip and remove from a metal surface and they don’t scratch the surface either. I like that they have hooks that can be added for hanging a towel or oven mitt. I find that a lot of magnets aren’t very strong, so these are great for holding a lot of things on the fridge or white board!

I like these hooks for hanging gear in the garage. My cabinets are steel, so they provide a whole lot of surface area to use. They arrive on a rubber mat (picture #1), which turns out to be needed to keep them from sticking too hard to metal. It also keeps them from contacting each other, which you do not want. They will grab onto each other and you will have a tough time separating them. Most of the things I hang on the hooks are 5 lbs. or less, so I wanted to see how much they can hold. The second picture is my cordless leaf blower hanging from a bungee cord and two of the hooks. It was too much for a single hook, but 2 held it with no problem. Now, it could be because my cabinets are typical, thin steel, but the hooks held between 5-10 lbs each on a vertical surface. When they did slide, they did not leave any marks which is as advertised.

My sister is getting married soon and we planned a big bachelorette cruise to celebrate. In gearing up for this, I ordered a bunch of different types and styles and sizes of magnetic hooks to use in our stateroom. Most guides for first-time cruisers recommend magnetic hooks to help with storage in the stateroom. Cruise ship walls are all metal, so we were able to attach these to virtually every part of the room. These hooks were impressively strong for such a small surface area. They don't hold as much weight as some of the other options I tried, but the little movable hooks made these perfect for putting up a banner in the room to surprise my sister. I also used these to hang decorations on our cabin door. The magnets slid around a little if the door slammed too hard, but it was easy to put things back in place and super helpful in being able to find our cabin quickly amid the long line of the ship. Plus at the end of the cruise, taking the decorations down took less than a minute.
