I have a '99 F250 4x4 long box with slide in truck camper (2000lbs loaded) on it full time for work. After lots of research I got the Hellwig rear sway bar last year (fixed brutal sway 100%). This year I got these helper springs and it brought my 4" rear sag back up to 1/2 " ABOVE level. I'm leaving it slightly rear high so once I add my freshwater and groceries it will be level. Hellwig products made driving with the camper smooth and safe. Definitely worth the money. Also Amazon seems to have the best price and free shipping.

Be aware this kit will probably need a mounting kit. The kit was shipped ground delivery which means it takes a slow boat to China and is transferred many times to several trucks. This is a heavy box and very poorly packaged. All of the bolts, nuts, and lock nuts had fallen out of multiple holes in the box. Tried to contact the seller but heard nothing but silence. The square U-bolts banged into the heavy springs so that the threads were damaged. I had to replace all the hardware and buy a 7/16" x 20 thread die to clean up the threads. I spent an additional $34 at the hardware store to replace missing hardware and the die.

These helper assist springs make a huge difference especially on older trucks or vans with "tired" leaf springs. I used to have back bounce and side to side - see saw wobble. These helper springs did the trick. Make sure you measure the width of your old springs when ordering the mounting kit, sold separately. My springs were 3 " for a Super Duty Ford van, so I ordered the 3" mounting kit.

This product is misleading by the information it is not as long as it's showing on the picture, also they don't tell you that a pair comes so I order two by mistake. Why would they sell the hardware separate from this product none of the parts from their Hardware that they sell separate or this product fits on my truck.I'm up here trying to retrofit and figure out ways to make it work I shouldn't have to do that now I have to go to the hardware store and try to find u-bolts for something that should have came in the product itself to properly fit a 3 inch wide leaf spring almost everything is 2in or 2.5 what type of crazy stuff is that.I have a 2011 Silverado 2500HD the leaf springs are three inches wide so I would need a three and a half inch or three and a quarter for it to even go on there.I see a lot of products that they always leave out information on description the very information that will sell the product and the most important information you need, so you have to order it and find out it is not correct and then send it back and then they charge you for shipping they're incorrect product back with the lack of information they provided for you to make a clear choice.

Supper high quality, the installation has made a huge improvement in load capacity of my 2004 f250 4x4.

These are ok, I got these to replace my airbags I had on the rear but unfortunately they don't hold the weight as well as my old airbags I wish I had kept the airbags instead. It squats much more with these that the airbags.

Put these on my F250 when she started to sag to much when hooked to my RV. Before springs truck was sagging 6-7 inches when hooked up now sag is around a half inch. Was worried about the ride but the difference was very minimal. Make sure you get the right mounting kit (not included) they come in different widths to match the springs on the truck.

Worked great and leveled out my F-250. I had to make longer u-bolts to get the ride to smoothen out though. Holds all the load rated for (3500 lb) and more. Mounting was simple and the instructions were suffice. Just needed longer u bolts.
