I have pretty much installed one per year.. they work great for the first couple weeks and every one of them slowly start taking longer and longer to turn on and everyone eventually quits working as the stove times out after about 30 seconds

My Heat & Glo natural gas fireplace was having trouble staying lit (it would light, go out, light again, etc.), then it would ignite and continue running the ignitor after the pilot was lit. Replacing this unit fixed the issue completely and my fireplace is acting like new again.
