This product arrived the next day via Amazon Prime and was packaged in a simple cardboard box.PROS-I recently bought a collapsible hexagonal play pen for my hedgehog to allow her to run around when we take her on visits or as a treat from her enclosure. I found out however that it may be too big because it seems to cause her anxiety as she constantly tries to climb the sides to escape (something she never does in her enclosure). I was looking for something to help fill the space because hedgehogs like to have a lot of hiding spaces, so I thought I would order this to fill in the open space of her playpen and I am so glad that I did!-First and foremost, this set is larger than I thought and almost too big for a hedgehog but I think it would be great for a rabbit or a chinchilla, perhaps even a kitten or puppy. It fills up the playpen perfectly and allows her many places to hide and explore.-This is a great enrichment toy; I often hear her rummaging about the playpen even during the day (hedgehogs are nocturnal) and she tends to always stick to the same corner of her enclosure, however with this set she is often in completely different areas and prefers being in or under the tunnel, and she has enough room to drag her blankets all over the place and rearrange everything during the night).-The fleece lining is amazing quality. Hedgehog likes to actually hide underneath it so much that I have moved this to her enclosure and she sleeps under it every night.-I thought the structure would be made from cheap cardboard but it is actually made from a lightweight particle board so it is quite durable. The walls, ceiling and stairs are all assembled from interlocking boards that are easy to assemble and disassemble within a couple of minutes. It is quite sturdy and certainly would not collapse with ease. The tunnel can also be squashed flat when not in use making this a petty good travel option.-I think the asking price of $47 CAD to be quite reasonable.CONS-Hedgehogs are clumsy and even a fall from the roof could hurt her, so I just use the ramp as an enrichment toy and place it in one of the lengths of the tunnel.-My Hedgehog does not chew on things but I imagine that is not the case for rodents; I think the wooden structure could easily be taken apart from parts that like to chew or gnaw, especially when teething.-I wish this set had some type of travel bag for the boards and tunnel to facilitate transport and storage.

My guinea pigs absolutely adore this! They don't use the ramp, but they like running around it and hiding behind it. Easy to assemble, light in weight. Size is huge. It fits two or three guinea pigs if that's who you want it for. I can imagine it fitting a smaller bunny for sure. I would definitely get this for the price since it is so large and such a big hit. Plenty of holes for air circulation and it looks adorable.

I originally had two cardboard boxes that I cut an entrance to so that my rabbit could have something to hide in. But he didn’t really go inside of one and the other he just loved as a chew toy and he chewed it so much that it can barely stand up now 😅 I thought this would be a good replacement.Here’s what I liked:• Easy to assemble. Comes with directions, doesn’t need any tools.• There’s two archways and a circle entrance so he has options.• Comes with a ramp to get on the second level.• Chew safe material so he can chew on it safely.You can put the ramp in different spots.• Decent size to be a stand alone for one rabbit but also great as an addition to other pieces.• Looks cute! It’s fairly simple but it has little windows to make it look like a house and I love those little details.What I didn’t like:• It’s a little wobbly. I’m not worried it will crash but I think it’s wobbly enough to scare my rabbit out of getting on the second level.The ramp and the second level are kind of small. • My rabbit is only 5 months old but I think it’s small enough (and wobbly enough) that he doesn’t like getting on the ramp to get to the top.

Very easy to put together. It seems they even cut so you can't put it together wrong! Every time I tried to put something together backwards, the pieces wouldn't fit, but did instantly when I had it correct.The wood is sturdy, and the hide is pretty large. I'm not sure our rabbits need the ramp, they're pretty big and can get on top on their own. It might be good for guinea pigs, though, and it has a little fence so they can't fall off the side.Great product, well made, good place for the buns to hide from me.

I am obsessed with how adorable this is, it fit together easily and took seconds to put together. It is well made and has supported the weight of my bunnies. It is large in size and I have no complaints. It is great quality. Will purchase more in the future!

This little set for small animals or cats is great. The tunnel is basically just a cat tunnel. It even comes with a little ball on it. I took it off because I’m using this for my rabbit and I didn’t want her to chew it off but the tunnel is just like any other cat tunnel. It folds up so it can be out of the way when you’re not using it or for travel, and then just pops out when you’re ready to use it.The little hiddy house is great. It is actually quite large. I have a Holland lop and she can stretch out in it which is really nice. I’m sure it would fit some bigger bunnies as well. I’m not sure if the hut would be big enough for a cat however, maybe a smaller adult cat or definitely kittens. I am not sure what the wood is made of as it doesn’t say anywhere on the packaging, nor in the ad I believe however, we had one of these laser cut huts before, and my rabbit never chewed it, so I’m confident in the fact that she will not try to eat this one. But I am not sure if the wood is rabbit safe or not. The ladder can be adjusted and put on either of the four sides, although rabbits don’t really need the ladder since they can jump. The ladder is kind of narrow, but I’m assuming it’s meant more for guinea pigs than rabbits. Assembly was also very easy. Overall, the tunnel is really nothing special. However, I am really happy with the size of the hut. Most of these you get and they end up being quite small for a big price, so I’m happy that my rabbit is able to have a nice little hideout where she is comfortable in.

Easy to set up and the bunnies love it! Seems to be holding up well in a home with 3 bunnies. Good quality and sturdy. Makes a good gift for you animal lovers as well!

This was the perfect size for a small bunny. It comes like large wooden puzzle pieces. It was fairly simple and easy for 2 9 year old kids to put this together, with directions form parents. It does feel sturdy and strong enough for a bunny. It comes with a soft bed that can be put on top or on the bottom. The stairs/ramp can clip onto any side of the box so you can rearrange this however you like. We are very happy with this and so is Bun Bun!

I chose this for our Syrian hamster to play in and explore, but unfortunately, it is quite large and the sizing of everything definitely makes this kit better suited for a larger friend, limke a rabbit or a guinea pig.The wooden castle is cute and easy to put together. The wooden boards are quite thin and light, but pretty sturdy. I wouldn’t want to put the wrong kind of pressure on them because they would easily snap, but it’s just right for the weight of a small friend.The plush bed is nice, but it’s a bit big to properly fit the castle; it goes over the sides of the top and doesn’t really fit inside with the castle over top. The material of the tunnel seems like good quality, and it’s well-made and well stitched.All of the materials seem sturdy and durable, and it’s a good quality exploratory set for small friends. I would recommend it for pets larger than a hamster.

To start off, I have to admit this is a great set of toys for animals. It's ridiculously easy to set up and to fold away, which makes for nice accessories to use during playtime, but also to settle aside during the rest of the day. It matches the pictures, and the dimensions are also the same. The pillow is a nice addition (I can sit on it while I watch my chinchilla play haha).The reason I'm bringing one star down is the quality that you get for the price.The castle is okay for how it's meant to be used. The problem is the type of wood used (not mentioned, but looks like plywood) that is unsafe for rodents like Puff. They love to grind their teeth on wood, and they could ingest part of the glue used in the process of making plywood. That could be dangerous, if they're left unsupervised and eat too much of it. I wouldn't put this piece of furniture in a cage, even though it is very cute!I think it is sturdy enough for my chinchilla to jump on, run around and try to destroy. However, Puff weights about 600kg. I don't know how the castle would react to being jumped on by a 2,5kg cat or bunny. If you have a small animal, this is fine. Otherwise, I wouldn't risk it.The tunnel is also a great size for my chin. He loves to run up and down through its length. When he does that though, it bends because of his movement, since there's no metal lining around the middle part. That means I have to lay it against a wall if I don't want to reajust it every 15 minutes or so. It has no lace if you want to attach it to a hide you already have.The fabric is roughly cut around the seams, and in some places, the seams are also on the looser side. I suppose that is meant to resist stretching. It comes with an elastic (not attached) to keep it closed.To be honest, both of the toys are fine, but for this price, I'd rather get a tunnel from the dollar store and a similar hide from another reputable online store. It's gonna end up with the same quality anyway.

Watching my rabbit explore her new wooden castle has been such a joy – it’s quickly become her favorite hangout spot. The pieces arrived clean, clearly labeled, and super easy to assemble; everything fit together seamlessly, and I had it up and ready in no time. Even though she’s a bit on the bigger side and hasn’t made it to the top level yet, she’s obsessed with darting through the multiple entrances on the bottom. I especially appreciate that the natural, untreated wood means it’s safe if she decides to nibble here and there (which she absolutely will). It’s sturdy, breathable, and thoughtfully designed to keep her engaged – definitely one of the best additions I’ve made to her space.
