It's so hard to get my hamster to come out of here. I love that there are several "rooms" so my hamster can get stimulated a little since it's a maze while also feeling safe and protected. I bought a small ladder for it so i can utilize the top of it too. Make sure you pay attention to the dimensions because it was a lot bigger than i thought.

It's made well and seems safe enough to let my hammy burrow in and underneath. It's honestly bigger than I expected it to be. Putting it together without instructions was a bit tricky. I'd think it' a pretty good deal for the money spent, but they could have at least provided instructions.

Nice hideout for my daughter's hamster. Only wish the top was easy to take off. She'd like to be able to remove easily for spying on hamster. But besides that wonderful hideout.

I just got this item in after being extremely excited for a new multi chamber hide for my other hammie. I opened the package to find no instructions so I went to the product photos to figure it out. Go to slide it into place and snap it broke in two. Further inspection this is wood scraps glued together and sanded to make it look like real wood. It is crap. Most glues are toxic. This is not a safe wood like described and will most likely kill your pet if given to it. Calling Amazon to return this right away.
