I didn't realize I was buying an 8Cup rice cooker, because I was shocked at how much larger this one was compared to my previous model. I LOVE the look; it matches my kitchen much more than my white one but watch out for that size. haha It's just two people in this house and as much as we love rice being a Hispanic/Hawaiian household... LOL this is bigger than we needed. I appreciate it and think it's worth keeping, though. Just able to make a ton of rice if we have guests over, now or to make leftovers/freeze, I guess. Beautiful machine. 10/10!

I bought this pot several weeks ago, I use it every day and I love it. The rice is well cooked and does not stick to the bottom.

Finally I found this rice cooker just the size I needed. Black is nice, does not boil over like other rice cookers. Smooth nonstick. Dishwasher safe.

I finally retired my rice cooker of 15 years, but this one came with a slightly bent bowl and instead of sending it back, we were able to bend it back into shape, but even after that, using the correct amount of water, the rice still comes out much too firm. We are trying to get the measurements right and next time I’ll try putting a towel over it maybe too much steam is escaping. So far I miss my old steamer even though I had to tape it closed.
