Very disappointed and product product does not work could not get the product to warm get hot nor stay on glitch in the control knob returning item for a better one.

It's so soft and light weight. I love the red color and I really love the fact it stays heating for 8 hours. I hope the inside doesn't get balled up when it gets washed.

I got this and plugged it in right away. Worked great i was warm on setting 4. 2 days later when it was cold at night I tur ed it on and didn't feel any heat. Turned up to max. Let it run for an hour. Barely any heat. Without the heater part this is a very thin blanket that won't keep warm.
