It’s now not working properly only had it 2 1/2 years and now the thumb latch is disconnected from opening it tried putting it back in the slot only to come back out again after 4 or 5 times using the latch…not a good product in my experience

I needed to replace just my handle for my entrance set, dead bolt was fine, but had a hard time finding just the handle at my local hardware store without having to buy the whole set. The few I found were cheaply made and older style. I was impressed how solid this one feels. It even came with a drill bit and Phillips screwdriver. I took out the old one and had it replaced in about 10 minutes. The adjustable lower pin meant I could use the existing holes without any modification. Looks great and works great.

Inside mech broke..not very durable..As of March 25th/24. Sorry I forgot to update. Company reached out and replaced handle with new one.
