This sliding glass pull handle was built well, the instructions were good. They should add a plate to fit all doors as the older sliding glass doors have a cut out that this handle does not fit. That is about all I can say as I was unable to use it. But overall I liked the look and the quality of the handle. It was built better than the one on the door now from the home Depot. It would have been a great deal for the money.

My sliding door never had a key - and this seemed like an easy way to upgrade without buying a whole new door or calling a locksmith. This was an easy install and fit my door perfectly - while updating the hardware makes the door look new again, too.

Looks good, fairly good quality build, and not too bad to install following the instructions. And it's nice to have a lock and set of keys for the rear sliding door. All in all I am fine with this item and look forward to years of usefulness from this item.

Definitely a very modern and nice looking upgrade from the older white one. It took almost 2 hours to install though given my doors are super old and one of the holes didn't align well. My brother in law was able to plug the hole and make it work. The cut out where the knob to engage the lock needed to be manipulated by adding caulking to it so it would lock correctly but overall well built and sturdy. We got it to work but took some manipulation.

This sliding door handle set looks almost identical to the one it has replaced that was 30 years old and had seen better days. I love the wooden handle because it is nicely rounded and lends a "natural" look to my aluminum framed door. The exterior pull is a big upgrade from the one I'm replacing because it is more ergonomic and makes it easier to open my slider from the outside.Installing the handle was a pain in my keister. The screws that come with the handle set didn't want to fit into the holes on the exterior pull. I thought maybe I was assembling it incorrectly, so I tried screwing together just the interior and exterior handles at my workbench. I then just tried screwing the screws into the exterior handle, and this confirmed that they simply don't fit correctly. I had to wrangle my own screws to make it work out, and was finally able to connect the handle set to my sliding glass door.I like the look and feel of this handle set, but I am very displeased with the installation process. I may have received a defective set, so maybe this problem is just unique to my experience. I hope this handle set lasts as long as the one it has replaced.
