This isn't "just crazy glue", it's a very, very watery preparation that has no surface tension or viscosity to speak of. It will wick and seep and run all over everything, given a chance. So it has applications that it's perfect for, but "ordinary" crazy glue will work better for ordinary applications.I used it for gluing the bridge pins of a grand piano. It's so watery that it will be taken up by wood cells, and then freeze them in a swollen state, increasing the tightness of a pin in a worn hole and finding its way into any tiny cracks around the pin. I also used it for a cracked phone screen - again, it runs so freely that it can find its way into a crack like that, and won't just sit on top. It's very cool glue for certain things, but if you spill it it will flow everywhere. It won't just go on as a blob, it will run and flow almost supernaturally, so you want to use considerable caution with it. I drew it up in a tuberculin syringe to apply it - just dripping it out of the bottle can be a messy business, and you want to have some acetone on hand, to help clean up places where you didn't mean it to go.

Perfect! This glue worked perfectly for what I needed. It’s nice and thin, absorbs I to the material, and makes a very fast, strong bond! That convenience does come at a price however. When using this glue, please use it in a well ventilated area, preferably outside, and take care to not get it in your skin! It cures really quickly, which is one of the nice things about it. However, the reaction is very exothermic, and can burn the skin! Be very careful not to inhale the fumes as well, as cyanoacrylate is a severe respiratory irritant!Take proper precautions, and this is a good glue!

Great Product but nozzle tip became stuck after one use. Family member used a pliers to pull apart and broke most of the nozzle tip.Family member put toothpicks to use as a stopper but did not completely seal the broken nozzle. I started using it and spill some on two fingers which glue together like web fingers. Had to use finger nail polish to slowly with warm water to slowly pull apart. Be very careful can tear skin right off without using any acetone product. Then I heard to seal correctly that to turn upside down for 3 to 5 seconds to seal the top. Be very very careful for I put a towel between my fingers and the tip to seal and it soaked through. I immedialty got a extreme burning sensation like your hand had been put on an open flame.Wash off in sick but now towel had become attached to finger. Finally got off towel but had second degree burns on 3 fingers with the of course middle finger being the worst.here is an reason found on the web with this product when in contact with hot StuffFirst, the best thing to do is to not get them stuck in the first place. You can do this by applying Invisible Glove protective hand coating or wearing polyethylene gloves while working with instant glue. Take care to use this specific material, as the glue will not stick to it. However, if you try using latex, nitrile, or rubber gloves, the glue will quickly stick them together.Never wear cotton gloves while working with Hot Stuff, and avoid getting the Hot Stuff Original on tight-fitting clothing. When Hot Stuff comes in contact with fibers like cloth or paper towels, an exothermic reaction takes place which could burn you if it is against your skin.Good product but the tip must be redesigned and a warning on using a cotton product or paper towels and then getting in contact with your skin. The exothermic reaction can burn you severelyPhoto 3 days after the initial burn.

A superior CA glue for luthier work. Incredible flow. Really finds it's way into the most impossibly small cracks and crevices. I was never a fan of CA glue until using this one. Very solid bond. Sands well. Layers well. I had to strip a guitar which had a crack repaired with this glue and the Hot Stuff glue did not degrade form the stripper chemicals. The company is outstanding as well and their customer support is a joy to deal with. Another reason to buy this made-in the US product. Also, I should mention that it gives you a few seconds of set time so that you can clean up or re-set before it dries, if a disaster happens (ask me how I know).

I know, I am writing a review on the glue on something most people will never encounter. As a ballet dancer, I have always used Jet Glue to harden/reharden my pointe shoes, until one day, the manager from Freed USA recommended Hot Stuff to me. I find the bottle to be easy to use, cheaper, but still works as well, if not better. I have been using my 2 ounces bottle of glue for about half a year now, and it is still fluid inside. Just keep it away from radicals, and it will last forever. It is a must have if you want to save some bucks on pointe shoe bill!
