I purchased this because I wanted an all-in-one with WINDOWS 10 and a built-in CD/DVD drive. The computer was refurbished, and when I turned it on, I immediately saw there was a purple splotchy patch in the black background of the initial boot-up screen. During the boot-up, the computer immediately updated to Windows 11, which I DID NOT WANT. I'm not a techie and I didn't know how to stop it, nor did I want to mess with uninstalling it for fear of screwing something up since it never came up at Windows 10 at all. The seller gave me some money off when I complained about both and pulled the listing from Amazon. It now says "currently unavailable."

It was very affordable and it came in such great conditions. I do Property management and I have to open up many tabs and save a lot of files on a daily basis.I have had it for 2 months now and it has not failed me.

This supposedly All-In-One Touch Screen to begin with is not a Touch Screen at All!! It arrived in pieces from the company, and after I put it back together 2 days later the circuit board burnt up! Best Buy Geek Squad looked at it and said after putting a new circuit board in what was left that it was too badly burned and in too many pieces to salvage. I asked them what they would give me for it towards a New One, their response was $0.00 because of how antiquated the system was and no touch screen. Not to mention what it did to my home and desk! What A Rip-Off Stay Away!

I thought desktops were supposed to run as slow as my old one. Apparently not. Combined with my upgraded internet provider, this computer responds instantly. I'm not turned off by reconditioned stuff. All my iPhones have been reconditioned. This computer came as crisp and clean as a brand new one. It was totally reset and packed with the latest windows 10. The packaging was unbelievable. Double wrapped in bubble wrap and delicately placed in the box. This computer delivered what the reseller promised then some. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase, and saved half the money!!!

I’m in love with my computer I purchased it a few days ago and it came a day early. The monitor is big I don’t have to squint my eyes or sit extra close to the screen like I do a laptop. It’s my first all in one and I’m super excited. I am very pleased with my purchase
