We set up this printer on 1-6-2023 and have already had 6 service calls on it. It still does not work on 2-17-2023. Of course we are out of the return window and are stuck with a expensive printer that no longer works

Not worth money or time....I bought one, had problem with the tray. They sent second one... same issue. Stay away from M608n.

The m608 is a very poor model, the printer is slower than the m605 in reality. Paper jams easily and the printers hdd broke twice on us.We currently have aobut 15 M605's and 2 m608's. Will hold on buying new printers till the next gen is out.

These are workhorses, the predecessor was 20 years old and the quality of the feed was incredible especially when you are doing legal paperwork - when you are printing off a ton of documents and they need to keep the clean crisp look from start to finish. We replaced the old with the newest model and know that this B/W printer is any office must - few repairs and cartridges last and last...what more can you ask for in a printer.

We’ve had this printer for a few months at my business and probably average around 100 sheets printed a day. The issues we’ve had is it sometimes won’t feed from the first drawer even when it’s full and if it ever jambs it can be really difficult to clear the jamb. I’m not sure I’d buy it again, I think I’d go with a different brand.
