If I could give negative stars I would. This is a piece of trash that no person in their right mind should buy. I've had it for a total of 2 weeks at most and the toner cartridge exploded, spraying black powder all over my apartment. This is total garbage and I don't even care about getting my money back I just want to let you know not to buy this piece of trash

Printer looks new but out of toner, i had to buy new toner for $70 my opinion just get new one.

Printer is difficult to get to connect and once it connects it doesnt like to remain connected. It also doesnt work very well overall.

I can't see how a new printer would be any better. Looks new, includes toner and clear instructions.

My boss needed a printer for her office--small office so we needed something small enough to place under her desk. She didn't care if the printer printed in color, just needed a printer for confidential materials as opposed to, using the communal printer. he's very happy with our IT person's suggestion for a small, dependable, and efficient printer.

Wi-fi was hinky to set up (unusual for HP), but persistence paid off. Perfect for my personal printing needs - would buy again.

I received this refurbished printer. I needed a printer I could use off network, off wifi. This printer should have its on broadcasting wifi so I can connect and print. Unfortunately the paperwork did not include the password for the direct wifi. Despite multiple attempts I was unable to connect to the printer. The “troubleshooting” department phone number including in the paperwork went to a voice Mail with no option for a live person to assist. I am returning
