Honestly, this thing is the loudest printer I've ever owned. It will interrupt a conversation--it's that loud. The print quality is fine, but I'm going to have to ditch this for something quieter.

Printer works well until the intro toners start to run low. Replaced the black toner, but then the color toners started to run low too. I couldn't afford to pay ~$300 to replace the color cartridges, but the printer refuses to print B/W until color cartridges are replaced. Printer restricts use of non-Lexmark cartridges, so there is no way around this. AVOID LEXMARK AT ALL COST!!

Arrived.. paper tray jammed.. Fixed that but why out of box .. factory issue.. Then in a month unit electronics died to point device is seen but printing receives printer error .. Contacted vendor (not Amazon) and its too late you will have to call Lexmark for service. This unit is a newer MS321 model. our 321 Has been reliable
