I've had this installed in my 2013 Volvo XC60 for over 5 years. I is working perfectly.

Product was easy to install, just plug into the ODC and set on the dash. Would suggest you go to Youtube and watch the installation video to get you comfortable with the installation process. It is not difficult. My unit was configured properly as shipped. - As my interest was only in having a HUD for the speedometer, I cut out a dark paper cover, taped it to the display, trimmed the reflective sticker and it is excellent; just see the MPH. I first saw a HUD on a new car and really liked the feature. This $40 product saved me from trading in my vehicle for this feature. Highly recommended.

I have had this HUD unit for a week and used during hours of darkness and in the day. This is installed in my 2022 BMW X3.Installation: Was easy to install and took only 10 minutes to plug in to my car's OBD and to apply the windshield film.HUD Set up: I found the written directions confusing on how to make adjustment in the settings menu so I used YouTube to learn. Once I learned, I was able to understand and use the written table on selecting the correct options in the set-up menu.DISPLAYS: I mainly wanted this to display my speed but some of the other display options are good. SPEED display was accurate on my car without having to go into the setting and adjust. FUEL CONSUMPTION: I disabled this in the settings because it is only in metric. MULTI-FUNCTION: I have this set to my trip distance. There is an issue with this selection if you have a car that has engine turn off when you are stopped at a stop light. Once the engine turns off the HUD unit will turn off after a few seconds as well. Once I press on the gas and the engine turns back on the HUD turns back on and the trip distance is reset. There is an option in the settings to prevent the HUD auto turn off to prevent this, but you have to manually turn on and off the HUD unit. WATER TEMP: You can set this to either Fahrenheit or Celsius.The HUD has an auto bright/dim depending on the time of day. In hours of daylight the display is brighter and hours of darkness the display is dimmer. This can also be manually adjusted in the settings. I have found that my unit is a little too bright at night. I also noticed on my car, the HUD unit LED display reflects on my dashboard that cause a little reflection onto the windshield. Not enough to cause a vision issue but I wanted to mention. I saw on another review, the person put a something on the sides of the HUD to prevent the light from reflecting onto the dashboard. I may try this with a little electrical tape along the sides.AUDIBLE ALERTS: This unit gives audible alerts for high RPMS and Speed. I had to increase the alert for RPM to "61" which is 6001 RPM. The default setting for speed is 150 KMH, which is 93.2 MPH, so I did not have to adjust.PROS: Easy install/set up (once you figure out how to navigate in the settings menu); Great price; HUD is information is accurate (at least for my car).CONS: Slight reflection from the LEDs on dashboard; some of the display information cannot be turned off, the only one is the fuel consumption; Auto turn off/on is good but for cars that have their engines turn on when stopped at a light the HUD will turn off and reset the distance traveled; instruction book is confusing in regard to making adjustments in the setting menu.Overall, for what I paid, I'm happy with this. I'm sure there are better HUD units that are more expensive. For me, this was the best option for the low price.

Price ok, setup easy, second day after install I started my truck, no throttle control, high idle, press gas and truck lurched forward, code for ETC and check engine light came on. Shut off truck, disconnected unit, start again and ETC light was off, drove a few miles and check engine light went out. No problems since I disconnected unit. Could be a bad unit, sent it back, but will not try it again.

This would be a perfect addition to any car If it would only turn on when the engine is running and off when the engine is off. Sometimes it just keeps going with the engine off and I have to push the unlock button several times and then re-lock it and at that point sometimes it will shut off very very aggravating that it continues running long after the engine is off . Speed is approximately 3 miles an hour higher than the actual speed car is reporting. However it is very easy to install and Easy access to read while driving

There is very little I do not like about this Heads Up Display. The installation and set up took me about ten minutes. I had to change the units to miles and fahrenheit. But the instructions were clear and I found it easy to do I thought the cord might be too long but it tucked nicely into the steering column edge. The reflective sticker was easy to place and held it's stickyness even after being repositioned. The reflected image is very clear and bright. The only downside is the fuel consumption is in liters and you cannot change it to gallons. Overall, great HUD at a great price!

Got it a few days ago and it looks good! The package was really comprehensive and solid! The installation guide was very easy to follow and I installed mine without any problem (I am not handy and I am not a car person...and I didn't even know there was an OBDII thing in my car..) Just need to plug in the hud and start your car.This product also works very well as described! Very big head-up display with reflective film so you can clearly see the numbers on the windshield without distracting your driving, and it's easy to read even under bright sun! Also, a lot of options (i think as many as 16 models?) to choose from for the display, and you can customize it (the manual listed all the options in detail). So so far so good!
