I like the design and build of this bicycle hook. The hook can be folded down if it is not going to be used for a while giving it a tidy appearance. It is well built and the heavy gauge of the steel is more than adequate for a bike. I would suggest mounting it into a stud rather than sheetrock if it is to support a heavy load. The 66 pound weight rating is likely for holding it to the wall rather the a failure point of the product. The finish is well done, and there are no sharp edges on the metal.The Bike Hook has dense rubber padding to avoid damage to the wheel rim. Its design is clever; it can be swiveled to rotate it left or right to make more space available in the storage area, or to move side to side when needed. Yet it does not swing freely, and stays where one leaves it. It has There is a 10 mm "eye' at the lower end of the metal swivel base that I did not see explained in the product description. It looks like it might be used as a place to lock the bike in place with lock and cable.Why the 4 stars? The accessory plate and bar, that are made for the lower tire rests on the wall (to keep the wall clean) is junk. It is made with a hard plastic and feels cheap and like it will eventually break and leave a sharp piece of plastic sticking out of the wall. It was clearly designed by someone else. A hard rubber flange rather than the little handle-like protrusion would be a great improvement.

Installs on the wall in a snap with ease. The tire hooks on the wall and it rotates to the right as descripted. Works like charm. the plastic and metal feel solid and not flimsy. It's nothing complicated, but it works well. I definitely recommend this as a buy. See my pictures so you see exactly what your getting. Hope this helps you.

This is a decent swivel bike mount but could be slightly better with improvement. When trying to load the bike onto the hook it has a habit of swiveling on its own, making solo loading a chore. If there was a pin to prevent swiveling while loading it would make the device much better. The top mount seems to be of solid design/material and has held up for over a month on the wall with an older/heavier bike. The bottom mounting part, to prevent the rear tire from slipping, is made of what feels like a cheaper plastic but gets the job done. With the combination of the two parts the bike sits well against the wall and saves space better than my previous option. It was quite easy to mount on the wall of my garage and fit nicely in front of the stairs, providing access to the stairs when the bike was pushed to wall. Overall, I'm happy with the product and would say it's worth the investment to get a bike off the ground and save some space.(Bike on left in photos is using this mount)

This bike mount is sturdy and works as advertised. The included instructions are difficult to follow, so I removed a star for that. Otherwise, this is a recommendation.

Slick, easy to use. I honestly like the simple design, it would look really clean mounted on the wall in an apartment or other indoor space. The ability to swivel improves versatility. You can pivot the bike until the handlebars touch the wall. In my use case I can quickly pivot the bike out of the way to access my second bike more easily. I did use my own mounting hardware on the upper hook but mostly because it was available to me. The pivot feature does make bike removal slightly more difficult. Just make sure you raise the bike sufficiently before unhooking to the side.

This is strong and heavy duty. It only takes finding only one stud to screw this into. The hook flips up against the rack when not in use. The bike can be positioned outward from the wall or swiveled to the left or right up against the wall, therefore, no matter what space you have this will work for you. It also has a rear tire brace to keep your bike from sliding sideways and to keep the wall clean.I love how uncomplicated this bike rack is and how heavy duty it is to hold my bike. I have an expensive specialized bike and I feel confident my bike is secure. I really appreciate this compact, strong bike rack.

The metal feels quite sturdy and heavy duty. The mount comes with screws and heavy duty wall anchors - totally appropriate for this mount and very welcome.I love that this mount swivels! We're putting bike mounts in our storage closet and knowing we can move this hung bike from side to side eases my concern about being able to fit in all the things in this closet.The only thing that didn't make sense to me is the bottom mounted piece--you can rest your tire on either side of a raised center. Why? Logically, a center location for the bottom tire to rest makes sense to me. I will update my review in the future if I find this design not to work. I'm trusting in the process for now, given the high quality of the rest of the mount.

I picked up this wall mount to help organize my small garage, and it’s made a noticeable difference. I only needed to store one bike vertically, and this rack handles it really well. It feels sturdy and reliable, even with a heavier bike, and once it’s mounted properly into a stud, it doesn’t budge.The swivel function is probably my favorite part—it lets me push the bike to the side a bit, which opens up extra room to walk or store other things nearby. It’s a small detail but makes a big difference in a tighter space.Mounting it was pretty simple. I’m not a pro at DIY stuff, but with basic tools and a little measuring, I had it up fairly quickly. Once the bike was on the hook, it felt secure, and taking the bike on and off is easy enough that I’ve been riding more often.It’s one of those things that just does what it’s supposed to do, no hassle. If you're trying to free up space without building out a whole system, this mount works great on its own.
