Complete different model than advertised. Don’t recommend wasting your time. 1/4 float valve showed up and now I have to go out of my way to return it; take my advice before you have to do the same.

I purchased this specifically to upgrade from a 1/4" OD tubing float valve. It seems like this is just a 1/4" float valve with a special fitting that allows 3/8" tubing to connect. The fitting's narrowest point, as seen in my picture, is equivalent to the inside of 1/4" OD tubing.Do not buy if you're trying to upgrade your system from 1/4" to 3/8".

Works exactly as intended! Been using it for several months now without fail. Using it 5 gallon reservoir bucket. Keeps my water level right where I want it. Easily adjustable on the fly.
