Package Included:

  • 1x Trailer Brake Control Module;
  • 1x Trailer Brake Control Switch;
  • 1x Mounting Bracket;
  • 3x Fixing Screw w/ cap;
  • 1x Plastic Wrench. (100% Brand New Never Used Or Installed)

How to Install Control Switch & Module:

  1. Loosen 2 bolts to pop off the entertainment console.
  2. Unplug the wiring connectors behind the console.
  3. Note the orange connector is gonna plug the brake control switch.
  4. Note the position here is gonna mount the brake control module.
  5. Replace the blank key with the brake control switch.
  6. Reinstall the whole console back.
  7. Loosen 2 screws to pop off the footwell cover.
  8. Find 2 connectors behind, and unwrap the foam.
  9. Recommend threading 3 holes of fasteners in and out to create threads.
  10. Install the bracket to the original bracket.
  11. Install the module and plug 2 connectors.
  12. Plug everything back. Note: Need to program the module into the truck with a local dealer.

Got this for my 2021 classic. Fit perfect although the module was a little difficult to screw in. Brake does not display on the gauge cluster but works either way.

Carefully installed in an hour. I took my time trying not to break anything. I only installed 2 of the module mounting screws, the third seemed like too much hassle, 2 were adequate. I didn't get it programed to see the brake settings on the display, but it worked great just adjusting/testing in the driveway. Looks like factory install.
