I got this recently to help hold my radio for my job on hand better.They usually give us clips and that just falls off me like crazy and people have to hunt me down to give me a message at times and that got annoying. So, I requested this to help keep the radio on hand and not fall off. What I liked about it is that it did fit my work's radio. What I didn't like was that it has to be threaded to my belt that I wear to work. I wished it had a strap or alternative wear. The snaps depending on thickness of the belt does not stay in tact. I had to reposition it a bit, but overall the best part was that it did fit my work's radio and makes a decent holder. Just next time I have to use a better belt to get the snaps on the back to stay in place of the holder.

Great for larger radios as the smaller ones tend to get swallowed up by it. Also great for attaching to Molle vests. No longer worried about losing my radio!
