These ice grippers are simple and easy to slip under your shoes, sneakers, boots, and they provide incredible and stable GRIP on solid, slippery ice! Obviously, they are NOT meant to run with them, but you can comfortably walk on any iced or frozen surface with no danger of slipping or sliding!They are inexpensive, and DEFINITELY worth their price!

Mine broke before I'd worn them even a week. The metal coil on one got stuck in a groove in my bus and the metal broke leaving a sharp piece that stuck in any carpeted floors. The rubbery parts ripped too. I decided to buy a different one afterwards that lasts a bit longer. Very disappointed.
