This board was a great replacement in my Dometic 2862 fridge. It just took a few minutes to replace. Snaps off the bracket, then there is only one cable to unplug and reverse the process.This unit is the one with a 3rd button that lets you adjust the temp up and down. I originally had gotten a replacement, but it only had two buttons. That didn't work. It made the refrigerator scream an alarm that would not stop. They called it a board type mismatch and I got the right one. All good now.
