Installed these lights. Super bright. 5 to 6k white light. Easy to install, plug and play. I had one go out after a month. I still have one going. It started to flicker then went out completely

I got these because my license plate lights needed replaced, and LEDs are always my first choice when replacing light bulbs. The housing for the light is the exact same size as the OEM light bulb housing. And it was a simple install. The only difficulty was getting the little pressure wire into the right angle to go in, but that was easy enough. The lights are bright, and they seem to be working great so far

Why replace oem bulb when you can upgrade to these license plate lights? Perfect fit, bright and improves backup camera image at night.

Note during install the white ribbon connector head will seem to not fit. You have to install it with some pressure to the side at a slight angle and it will all slide together and work perfectly.I got them both installed once I realized this and they worked immediately at much greater brightness than before.

There is a little black plastic piece inside housing near the two prongs that obstructs the product from working correctly. Then when I scan the barcode for installation instructions, it list all BMW and Audi compatible cars. Never mentions Mini.
