Material
Sauna blanket outside and inside are oxford cloth-water proof soft material with strong water, it is waterproof, wear-resistant, soft and comfortable, and effectively makes the sauna blanket fit the body. Even in different sleeping positions, it has a flexible stretching capability. The hot wire is designed to withstand any stretching or bending.
Multifunction
The temperature can be adjusted to 35℃/95°F-80℃/176°F degrees sauna blanket celsius through the remote control, and the time can be set from 15 to 60 minutes. Once the temperature is detected to exceed 85 degrees celsius, for safety reasons, the sauna blanket will automatically disconnect all power and stop heating. Note: Do not fold the sauna blanket before it gets cold.

Nice sauna. Get real hot. Couldn’t adjust temperature because the remote would not work. Sleeves were to tight across the chest. Not enough room to stretch arms

So happy with this! Easy to wipe down on the inside after use and heats up nicely. I get a good sweat after using it for 30 minutes and it’s much easier to put away than a tent.

Easy to use and heats fast. The sleeves are tight on the shoulder so I preferred to pull my arms out of it and keep them inside blanket. Other than tight sleeves it functions perfectly. Great price compared to similar products

I have used normal room-style infra-red saunas many times in the past. They are wonderful and therapeutic. So I was excited to try this. I didn't expect this to be a perfect replacement, but I hoped the convenience would make up for any loss of functionality.This sauna blanket was reasonably easy to get in and out of. It comes apart into a front and back panel using zippers that would make it easy to wipe clean and dry out from any sweat that might get on it. The controls, while not completely intuitive, were manageable. The sleeves for the arms are tight, uncomfortable, and leave marks after use.To compare this to a room-style sauna, there really wasn't much comparison. This did not feel like it was heating me on the inside like a quality room sauna would. I did not sweat at all during the 30 minute session with the default temperatures but did warm up. One of the valuable uses of an infra-red sauna is the seating to detox...The heat from the sauna blanket was not even at all. It heated the middle of the two panels, but not the top (around the shoulders) or the bottom (the feet).As a replacement for a room-style infrared sauna, this simply does not seem to be at all adequate. If we don't compare it to that, though, the sauna did make me feel quite warm and felt good on a cold humid day. Super convenient that I got to take a 30 minute sauna while working from home. It was pleasant, but I have doubts about its therapeutic uses.
