2 days after return window expired the transformer started to buzzzz loudly. now it’s annoying! No they won’t replace it!!!!

Came loose in a box without any packaging. Defective Dead On Arrival transformer appears used and did not output any power after install. Now I have to have it uninstalled to return it and buy and install a new one. DO NOT BUY!

The item came on time but was damaged and unusable. It looked like it had been installed and removed previously. The main power(120v) line going into the transformer looked like it had been crimped in a door and the conductor was exposed. All 4 mounting brackets were bent and the plastic around the coils was broken. The bitter ends of the wires were frayed as shown by the photos. To receive an item in this condition demonstrates a lack of quality control or or someone did not care to inspect the item before shipping. I will be returning this item ASAP.
