I purchased this item and when I got the order confirmation I noticed they charged 2 items, I called them so they can cancel the 2nd and they did. But Amazon cancelled my protection plan and I was not aware of it. After 4 months of use, the iron started leaking every where when I put water in it. I started to see how I can get it fixed but for one reason or the other I could never get through to claim the protection plan. I finally called to get it fixed but since Amazon cancelled the protection plan there was nothing that could be done. The protection plan company couldn't help me because Amazon cancelled my protection plan and Amazon didn't want to help because the protection plan was cancelled by them. And now I am stuck with a broken iron. Don't recommend this iron because it's poorly made. Leaks everywhere. And sure don't recommend buying it through Amazon since they won't take responsibility for their mistakes.

I am an avid quilter who happens to loves all things pink. My old iron died & I desperately needed a new one. I gave it three stars because it has a tendency to leak if I use water. So I have switched to dry pressing.
