I was excited about the Robot Roomba when we first got it, but after about a year, it completely stopped working. It wouldn’t charge properly, and sometimes it would turn on by itself but never move from the charging port. We tried everything—cleaning the charging contacts, resetting it to factory settings, and even troubleshooting through support. Nothing worked.Conveniently, all these issues started happening right after the warranty expired, so we were left with an expensive paperweight. For the price, I expected way better durability. Very disappointed!

It’s my third Roomba and I’ll keep going back. They are great. Only wish it came w the towers like they used to n didn’t have to purchase separately

I love it!! So easy to use & cleans great! This is definitely one of my favorite life hack purchases which has made keeping my home clean much easier. Definitely do buy the brush, filter, etc.,replacement kit from Amazon with it or soon after. It picks up soo much dirt & hair as it travels that I can see I will want to replace these monthly to keep it working well. I love how easy it is to set up, use & clean. Cleans even better than expected.

Works okay overall and as long as you're not looking to never have to vacuum again, you'd probably be okay but there are a couple negatives we don't love.* Battery life is supposed to be 90 mins but it's never run that long in the month we've had it. Some days it runs 20 mins before returning to base. No clue why - it's not full so it should keep running.* It has gotten stuck literally every day we've had it. Under the edge of the couch, on the throw rug that it maneuvered over just fine the previous day, under the legs of the dining room chairs, you name it. And if you don't catch it quickly the battery runs out and it's done until you can charge it for another three hours.* No way we can run it at night. Quiet is not a word I'd use to describe it. Between it banging into everything and the noise from the motor itself it is pretty loud. It runs downstairs and I can hear it upstairs in my office over the noise of the window fan I have running.Again - decent enough for what it is. When it runs it does a good job and means we don't have to vacuum as frequently to keep up with the dog hair from our two pups.

I have had this for about two weeks now. Best purchase ever!! Works better than a normal vacuum in my opinion. I have run it just about everyday and sometimes twice. I have the app set up so it’s schedule to run every day at 5pm. We have two dogs and it picks up all their hair both on hard floor and carpet. Battery life is about an hour and forty five minutes. And you have to clean it out after each run if you have pets it’s picking up hair from.

Had this for about a month now and also tested the 694. (Both did the same so kept the cheaper of the two) This isn’t the top of the line model so I’m not expecting it to be top of the line performance. With that said, it does great. We have a white German Shepherd mix dog and this is peak shedding season. The 671 picks up everything off the hard wood but not great on carpet. Pic shows it smearing it around (it does pick up some hair). However, I just wanted this to help supplement actual vacuuming so it’s doing exactly what I bought it for. So well that I only have to vacuum the area rug as needed vs the entire down stairs! (Husband’s favorite feature is being able to name it after his best friend’s wife, so the alerts are pretty comical!)

I was a little apprehensive to spend so much on a ‘frivolous’ item, but I took the plunge and got this girl. She is amazing! Does she clean everything spotless, no, but if you are a tired momma trying to survive and keep your house with 3 dogs, 3 kids, a cat, and a man child somewhat clean this vacuum is for you! I have wood floors and she cleans for about 2 hours each day while everyone is at work. We do make sure that items like dog toys and socks are off the floor for best performance. When I get home I have kept up floors and just need to wipe them down with a mop. Two of our dogs are long haired (Border Collie and Golden Retriever) and Bertie (our Roomba) keeps our house looking presentable.

True the battery might cost $30 or $40 but bear in mind that the battery will not last very long. I use this vacuum cleaner maybe once or twice a week in a small house. Had a purchase a new battery for $40. I replaced myself no big deal just understand that within a short period of time it’ll stop working on you and it’ll be the battery. At least it was my case. trying to contact Roomba for warranty information, I emailed them. They never got back to me so you’re on your own. If you want to spend money for the additional coverage, go ahead, I think it’s a waste of money because by the time you send the vacuum cleaner back and everything else you could’ve just gotten a battery and replaced it yourself screwdriver, removing screws, pretty simple.UPDATE: The battery lasted only six months, THEN stopped charging,(once again, after it seems to be charging- green lights on- for about only a minute) EVEN after a month-old "new" battery (bought 9/30/24) was installed!

Llevo ya 8 meses usando la Roomba unas 4 veces por semana ya que tengo un perro labrador. El piso queda limpio sin pelos ni polvo. Cada semana limpio los rodillos y algunas piezas de la Roomba. Con eso funciona siempre bien. Una vez barrido el piso no es necesario trapear a menos que tengas manchas difíciles.

Me encanta, funciona muy bien, recoge bien el polvo, eso si, pasa por donde quiere pero ayuda a mantener la casa sin la necesidad de barrer a diario, lo mejor es que se conecta al cel y la puedes programar con los horarios que quieras que aspire o desde donde estés mandarla a trabajar, la he probado donde hay escaleras y no se cae.

La marca Roomba respalda la calidad de este producto. Es mi primera aspiradora robot y estoy muy satisfecho, tiene una buena potencia y capacidad para recoger el pelo de mascotas y el polvo finito que usando una escoba solo logras esparcirlo más. Leí algunas reseñas que mencionaba que golpeaba muy fuerte los muebles, quizá si lo parezca pero al menos en mi caso no ha maltratado los muebles de madera. Es muy facil programarla y usarla con la app, tiene un buen sistema de prevención de caídas aunque no es muy buena lidiando con los desniveles. De verdad que no he tenido que barrer ni una sola vez desde que la compré, hace un muy buen trabajo.

Al principio me sentía escéptico, pero una vez que la puse a andar y comprobé su uso, me sorprendió gratamente. Estamos encantado con ella porque en verdad limpia muy bien, y se pasea por todos los rincones. Lo que si es que hay que tener cuidado con no dejar cables, ropa pequeña, trapos, flats, etc que no pueda detectar porque terminará arrastrándolos por todos lados o hará que se quede atorada por un buen rato. Nosotros dejamos un pequeño tapete que hizo que se quedara un rato ahi, pero mi tapete acabó como nuevo de tan limpio que lo dejó. En cuanto al ruido, si es bastante el ruido, por lo que dependiendo el lugar, no creo sea una buena idea que la programen en la noche o muy temprano, es mejor cuando no esta uno en casa o en areas cerradas que guarden el ruido. Y si tienen familia de pelo largo, después de cada limpieza es muy sugerido que limpien los cepillo porque en verdad el cabello se enreda bastante, por lo que hay que armarse de un buen desarmador plano y tijeras para retirar una pieza y desenredar los cabellos. Fuera de eso, es una excelente adquisición que reduce en mucho el barrido de la casa. Aun así hay partes donde tiene uno que hacer limpieza profunda, pero esta robotina hace mucho mas ligero el trabajo.
