I used the torch to burn off small weeds growing between bricks on my patio, and it worked quickly, and much more easily than using a chemical weed killer. The only thing I didn't approve of was the stiffness of the 12 foot hose, which wanted to retain the shape it had when packaged.

So, I'll admit, I'm a pyro from a very young age so something like this is just inherently FUN. Hook this bad boy up to a propane tank and give it a spark, crank up the gas and go!!! Weeds just melt under the flame. So much fun and very effective. Used on my gravel driveway and walkways. After 4 weeks I had very little growth sprout back up.Makes me feel good I'm not using chemicals. Just good old fire.Cheers.

i used this to burn weeds on patio pavers and gravel - it works well but does trow out a wide flame use caution - wear some leather foot wear - and long non flammable pants - i also had a fire extinguisher handy

This thing works like a champ!I was nervous after reading all of the reviews but if you are even a little mechanically inclined then this thing will be your best friend at weed time.It is a piece of cake to light, to keep lit and to burn the hell out of a lot of weeds!!!!

Very easy to set up and connect to my 20lb propane tank, my only issue is that I wished the handle is longer, trying to avoid bending over as I’m becoming an old man. Very impressed with the power of this device. Strongly suggest anyone who is looking for this type of tool to purchase this one!

It was easy to connect to the propane bottle and the connector fitting allows tightening by hand, without the use of a wrench. The 3-inch nozzle is quite adequate for burning weeds and igniting yard debris piles. The piezo-electric igniter is very convenient; no spark lighter required. The ten-foot long supply hose allows large sections of burning without moving the bottle. Another reviewer has it right - it IS more fun burning weeds than spraying them!

This torch has all the features you would want in a weed burner. The most important is the attached self starter. The ease of restarting removes reluctance of turning the burner off when a pause is needed. The position of the volume control know allows you to move it with just one finger. The hand lever allows you to control the intensity of the flame. This unit is truly light-weight. Length is perfect for an average sized person. The 12 foot hose allow you to cover a lot of ground. All in all I would call this the perfect weed burner.
