Well, the first unit I received was the wrong voltage as it required 220. I let them know the problem and they had me send it to their Atlanta warehouse. After the warehouse received it they sent me the 110 version which is what I needed. They were very responsive and I appreciate there quick response. The new unit is excellent and I would recommend it. As has been said on other reviews, the unit could use a better manual but I am sure that will happen at some point.

Machine lacks proper instructions. After trying to make it work for the 100s time we realized is not worth the learning curve. Tutorial online also fail to make it actually work
