I was a concerned they were the wrong style, as they have "feet" like the new style springs. The picture for the item does not have the feet. The spring in the controller (CUH-ZCT1U) does not have the feet. Installed just fine though and I don't feel a difference in trigger weight between the new and old springs. Looks to be a solid replacement spring so far.

At the end of the day the springs did the job but not without encountering some duds along the way. If you look at the picture you can see where more than a few simply buckled and warped after just a couple of presses.

I wanted to fix ab old controller and customize it. When I opened my controller my spring went God knows where. The fantastic thing about these springs are that there are more than one. They are so tiny and very delicate you most certainly will lose a couple along the way. These worked great on my ps4 controller. My controller is an 001 model.

I've replaced multiple springs with these, and they are going strong a year+ later. I saw one reviewer whining about how many times the spring wraps around itself. Man, you have got to be the crankiest person to complain about something so petty. If it works, why are you crying???
