I’m giving this four stars because I’m not confident that it’s gonna last long. The attachment points are made of plastic not metal and I don’t see it lasting very long at all. We shall see, and I will update when it ultimately fails.

I bought this for creating a playtop area for my parrots cage. A little bit tall for my conure to step up onto, but with another Perch close by, he could step on it.I love that I could use it anywhere because it's so easy to fasten on...top of cage..side of cage..inside, outside..etc.Easy to clean.Remember to provide a variety of perches for your birds feet including soft rope perches.Would buy it again!

I got this T-Perch about a year ago, and still have and use it. My birds love it, it's almost all they ever sit on. I have 2 female parakeets, and it fits them quite well. The sand on the perch is very helpful, as they don't like to use other things to sand they're talons on. With they're feet on the perch, It sort of automatically sands it in a way. I have the perch upside down at the top of the cage, though they don't get a lot of space, it fits them well. I'd easily recommend this.

I put this on top of the cage rather than in it. They love it because they feel like king tut up that much higher. LOL It is a nice little perch for my tiels.. The item was as advertised in the description, arrived in the correct time frame and was shipped well and all in tact upon delivery. When the price is right, Amazon is my number one go to for almost everything. The Prime membership is (a lifesaver sometimes even) well worth it and the fact you can keep things in the cart until the price drops makes it a huge shopping tool. Thank you.

I bought two of these for my new parakeet; a small one and a medium one. I really like the way these perches bolt anywhere in the cage; they attach firmly to the wall of the cage, and they can be relocated easily. Food dishes can't always be placed within handy reach of the regular cage perches, and that's where these are very handy. They can be placed at any height between two food/water dishes.My bird seems to like them just fine, and they're bound to help keep his toenails trimmed. The perches are made of hollow plastic that is coated with sand, but all the sand/cement perches I've looked at appear to be of similar construction. The two I received are a pretty pale green. I've already washed one with no problem. I'm glad I got them, and I'll probably get a few more.
