This is great for a beginner with 3d printing. Print quality is good and dries really fast so it's not sticky. Has a little chemical smell but not over whelming. Great for starters

Good small printer. It is the barebone printer no screen will print the newest file. Have no issues with it yet. Easy to take apart.

If you haven't ever owned a 3D printer, or even if you have, you've never had one that you had to build out of the box, this might be tough. They market it for beginners, but even as someone with 3D printer experience, and even the older ones where assembly of the printer and manual bed leveling were a thing, the instructions were useless. With my prior experience I was able to put it together since I know what should go where, etc. But just know that if you're planning to gift this to a child, or put it together for them, it might be a bit of a time. Also it's little more than a novelty. Like "haha, look at this tiny printer that actually works." Because even outside of assembly and set up, it is severely limited. I'm talking you can only print the newest gcode from the SD card limited. Meaning not only do you constantly have to add and remove the card to print different objects, but you have to add and remove files from the card, every single time. Again, as a novelty or for a young child to press the button and watch it go (after you have set everything up for them), maybe it has it's charm?I will say, I'm pretty surprised and impressed that they actually include a profile for OrcaSlicer. I was 100% expecting them to use a proprietary program, and there is one, that I didn't even load to test, but there is an OS profile as well. As for speed and quality, it's a tiny printer made out of plastic. It'll print stuff, if you are patient. But it's not going to set any Benchy speed records, or win awards for quality.

I have been into 3D printing for about ten years now. I started with a DaVinci Jr. 1.0 Pro, I upgraded to a Longer LK4 Pro, I then upgraded from that to an AnkerMake M5C, and I picked this up thinking it could be a nice little supplemental printer for small pieces.I'm sad to report that this printer isn't worth the money.- First, it's small. It's very, VERY small.- Second, it's very, VERY slow.- Third, it's very shaky. The printer wobbles and vibrates so badly that you basically have zero chance of getting a crisp line out of it. All prints look "lumpy" for lack of a better description.- Fourth, this printer is a pain to level. My Longer LK4 had to be manually leveled, and it was a breeze compared to this. Because the printer only has the one gantry, the print head tends to slope downward as it moves away from the gantry.- Fifth, the software that came with it was unusable. I tried installing the version of Cura that came with it onto my Mac, and my Mac wouldn't allow me to because it couldn't verify that the software was safe. I ended up installing Cura directly from Ultimaker's site and adding this printer manually.- Sixth, the SD card readers that came with this printer were buggy and actually broke both the SD card that came with it and the spare that I had lying around. Both cards became "read only" after plugging them into the adapter. I ended up having to plug the SD card into my Windows PC using my own adapter and using command prompt and "diskpart" to get the card working again.- Seventh, for around $30 more, you can usually find much better printers on Amazon. Believe me, it's worth the extra $30.- Eighth, the printer documentation is difficult to read (because it's so small), and it's inconsistent. The listing refers to this printer as a "K10," but some of the documentation refers to it as a "K9." The EasyThreed website doesn't even list a K10 printer among their offerings. If a printer like this had released ten years ago for around $100, it would have been a huge hit. Unfortunately, this printer is NOT releasing ten years ago. It's releasing today. And given the market today, I cannot recommend this printer. There are much better options out there for just a little bit more than this price point.

Can't recommend this. Very tricky setup for any one as there first printer. No screen no any thing very barebone machine. Print quality is lack luster and not worth the effort. The hotend is very very cheap and has quite the heat creep and struggles to stay at temp for the whole print. Which is probably why it has no screen so you can't see that part. Very very lose fitment of parts and overall shotty build quality. For this price get something like an ender 3 it's about as complex but atleast has potential to be a good printer.
