Saw a review mentioning coming with pre-installed malware, so ran Windows Defender to scan it myself -- the scan wouldn't complete and the computer blue-screened. After that, it never managed to boot up again. Incredibly disappointed with this purchase.

Would be great if it worked for more than a week. In one week the computer completely failed to boot. I hope it is not a general issue with this computer as I have had much success with other models from Kamrui/Ace Magician but now I am wary.

I was very skeptical of the possible performance of this tiny box. Yep, I'm an 80's girl, and the monster tower of the home PC has been my go-to for a computer. But, a friend recommended this little gem, and other than getting used to not having a CD/DVD drive, I'm loving it! It definitely took some getting used to how it works, and Windows 11 is definitely different than 10, I'm still not sure I like the new OS. So, if you need a computer and don't have space for the big tower, I highly recommend this.The only real drawback I have experienced, is that the mounting bracket does NOT fit either my TV (monitor) or the stand it's on, so I've had to use wire ties to hold it in place. This, of course, negates the idea of being able to simply pull the PC off the bracket easily, and makes it somewhat less stable. So I've had to place it where I can access all the ports despite this.

This little micro pc is compact, quiet, and good enough to use as a work computer for internet, email and spreadsheet applications. It has enough ports to handle an external SSD drive via usb-c, and has 4 usb-a 3.0 ports as well. It can output to 2 monitors simultaneously. When benchmarking this machine, the big limiting factor is the onboard graphics processor. It is advertised as a gaming pc, but probably isn’t the best choose for gaming. It is great to free up the space my old desktop took up, and this pc uses a fraction of the electricity of my old desktop, and runs much cooler.

I ordered this mini PC hoping to get my wife a usable surfing machine, I honestly wasn't expecting much for the price. But I am pleased to report that it has worked fantastically, it is extremely reliable. As a matter of fact, I am yet to hear a single complaint from my wife in the 3+ months she has used it except that one of the cats bumped into her power strip and shut it down, can't blame the PC for that.I do have one minor complaint: the PC was advertised as Windows 11 Professional, but it arrived with Windows 11 Home. Customer support sent me two separate keys to attempt to upgrade but no luck. I eventually got it upgraded by temporarily downgrading it to Windows 10 while it was offline. It is obviously something outside of their control, and even if it took a bit longer to have it corrected, I did end up with the correct OS license.As for day to day usage, my wife pretty much tortures this poor thing with a gazillion browser tabs open for 10-12 hours a day with ZERO issues. I like it so much that I have already decided to pick up a second one to replace my son's PC when it eventually dies on us. Apart from the performance I am really happy with how little it is, it takes no space, I could literally double-side tape it to the back of the monitor (the PC came with VESA plates but this monitor in particular blocks the way).

la estuve probando varios meses, los primeros 6 fue una maravilla sin problema alguno y muy rapida, pero a partir de los 6 meses empezo a dar problemas, se reinicia a cada rato y suelta errores de kernel diferentes a cada rato, como puede estar una buena sesion de 8 horas jugando como puede reiniciar 3 veces seguidas con errores difetentes, y despues reiniciar cada 10 min

Starts up fast, runs quietly and does not get hot. After two days of use I have had no doubts or problems. The SSD drive is big enough to hold things for frequent access but I'll need an external hard disk drive to hold some things. Several days later--as others have reported this unit keeps rebooting randomly causing wasted time and interrupting communications.
