Efficient Hand Fuel Pump for Daily Simple and Emergency Needs

Note:
- The two hoses are in diferent size. The longer hose or the shorter hose can be placed at the source container or the target container bases on your use condition.

Method 1 - Gravity Required
- The source fluid should be higher 11 inch or more than the target one (The greater the height difference, the better the effect).
- Put a metal clip on one end of each hose, then connect the hoses to both end of the pump bulb.
- Secure the end of the hose and pump bulb with clips, make it won’t leak fluid. Fix the hose to the container with the hose retainer, that can stay the hose into the container and will not slip out.
- You can fix the brass extender to the hose end, to aggravate hose down in source fluid or serve as a hose extender in destination container.
- Put the input hose into the source fluid, the black arrow which on the pump bulb points to the exit flow direction. Then squeeze the pump bulb 3 to 4 times.
- When the liquid comes close to the pump bulb, place the outlet hose into the target container. Then the liquid will keep flowing automatically. If the bottom liquid is too low to flow, you can squeeze the pump bulb by hand to finish the pumping job.
Method 2 - No Gravity Required
- There is no height difference required between the source container and target container. BUT need to KEEP squeezing the pump bulb BY HAND to finish the job.
- Put a clip on one end of each hose, then connect the hoses to both end of the pump bulb.
- Secure the junction of hose and pump bulb with clip, make it won’t flop out or leak fluid. Fix the hose to the container with the hose retainer, that can stay the hose into the container and will not slip out.
- You can fix the brass extender to the hose end, to aggravate hose down the container or fluid or serve as a hose extender in destination container.
- Put the input hose into the source fluid, the black arrow which on the pump bulb points to the direction of flow. Then squeeze the pump bulb 3 to 4 times.
- When the liquid comes close to the pump bulb, place the outlet hose into the target container.
- Then keep squeezing the pump bulb continually with hands to control the flow rate, till the transfer job done.
Self-check Points When Siphon Pump Can't Work Normally
- The source container should be placed HIGHER than the target container when using the “Gravity Required” way.
- Both of the source and destination containers are not in a sealed state.
- The indicator arrow which on the pump bulb towards to the exit flow direction, down to the target container.
- Both of the hoses are not knotted or twisted together.
- Exhaust the gas out from the hoses before using.
- Keep the end of the two hoses inside the containers during using, NOT just on the surface.

Some things you buy so you'll have when for when need it. So too late to return. few centscouple penny tension clip was missing! Arg! So I haven't used it yet. I have to assume it works.Suggestion: Here's a Tip,,, For 25c more include variety of tips could come with a adapters to extend (hard tube extension) tip a tip into smaller openings (smaller diameter and stiff) would sell to wider audients to make sure it could fit more purposes without buying some else product. For my purpose, I would not evacuate last bit in of gas in a generator evacuate, due to size and flexibility.

Didn't think it would work as well as it did. Drained my washer pretty fast. Started with just a few pumps and walked away for an hour and it was drained.

I really just wanted a length of PVC tube that i could use as a siphon. However I thought I’d try one of these cheap pump/siphons. It arrived and I assembled it per instructions. Well, it did set up a siphon but stopped working very quickly. I reassembled it and tried again. Same thing. Then I discovered that the valves managed to come apart and they were stoping the siphon. However I did get two lengths of PVC tube and a brass connector. I was able using the traditional method, to set up a siphon and achieved what I wanted. One of those cases of you get what you pay for - essentially a poorly assembled pump. But I got my tube and I have a siphon, so job done!

Whenever you buy something cheap on Amazon you take a chance, I needed this to get 14 gallons of diesel out of my fuel tank, had to make one hose longer, I thought the squeeze bulb was to start transfer, however it has a check valve , so it only transfers liquid every time you squeeze so it takes a while. Stops flow when you don’t squeeze, however it’s useful to get last bit of liquid

The Pic shown by seller is different and the product received is different. Brass Attachment is missing, Orange Hook and One Pipe is Missing. They Have only send 1 Pipe. You have to Cut and Make it 2. But It works fine. Don’t Go on The Image, just Read The Discription.

useless item do not buy. non return ball inside damaged on first start . No quality. I feel betrayed by Amazon. I request to remove such low quality product. which loose customer faith in Amazon

The tube/hose pipe supplied with the pump is of low quality. The product arrived in a package with tube folded. The pipe collapse caused by the folding of the tube did not recover even after trying to straighten it under the heat of the sun. Usually even the cheap quality hose pipe collapse dent recover when exposed to mild heat and this hasn’t. This collapse of the pipe in several places leads to bottle neck not allowing smooth suction and flow of liquids.
