This birdseed is a hit with every feathered visitor in my yard! As soon as I filled the feeder, it didn’t take long for cardinals, finches, sparrows, and even the occasional woodpecker to start showing up. The blend looks fresh and clean, with very little dust or filler, and it smells like good-quality seed (yes, I checked!).What I really appreciate is that there’s minimal waste—the birds actually eat it rather than picking through and tossing the unwanted bits on the ground. It’s great for tube feeders, platform feeders, or scattering a bit for ground feeders too.If you’re looking to turn your backyard into a birdwatcher’s paradise, this is the seed to go with. There is nothing ‘no mess’ about this bird seed. The birds seem to like it but there is a huge mess on the ground underneath the feeders, so much so that little plants are sprouting up.

I got tired of the mess the seed shells created so I decided to try this patio mix. At first I was disappointed. Seemed the birds weren't interested.After about a week, I couldn't believe my eyes, there were GOLDFINCHES. In 20 years I've never had a goldfinch at a feeder! Even though its the WA State bird (and I even tried one year with the yellow feeder and special goldfinch food purchased at a specialty birding store-never a one came around). But now, I counted FIVE of these beautiful yellow birds showing up to feed in the evenings! Not only that, there are lots of different species at the feeder, fighting over the food. Now, I'm going to purchase another squirrel proof feeder and more of THIS food.

This seed is great. The birds love it but I have no idea why it almost doubled in price. 2 small bags for $50 is ridiculous.

I am so impressed with this bird food! The blend is fresh, high-quality, and packed with a variety of seeds that attract a beautiful assortment of birds. Our backyard has been filled with colorful visitors ever since we started using it. The birds seem to love it, and there’s very little waste left behind. It’s also great to know it provides them with the nutrition they need.

I subscribe to this food, it’s excellent. And it truly is no mess, doesn’t cause things to sprout or grow in my garden when it falls to the ground. Birds are happy 😊 and I am too!

In Chicago all the seed-loving birds seem to like it: European Starling, Finches, American Robins, Pigeons, etc. I bought it again, but in a bigger bag this time!
