I like Kensington locks. But of all the things I've purchased, this is the newest low. The key that came with the lock does not fit. It will not turn the lock head to align the lock. I can't use the key to open or close the lock. It's like the key doesn't match the lock, and I'm utterly baffled by this.Edit: I bought a different one. Kensington lock as well. That key matches the lock perfectly. So I'm still baffled by what happened in this purchase.

This is the second security lock I have bought for my HP Pavilion x360 computer - neither of which fit. The first one was described as "Kensington Cable Lock for HP Laptops, Lenovo, Asus, Acer & Other Devices - NEW Smaller & Stronger Pivoting Lock head (K65035AM)" It obviously wasn't small enough! I then contacted Kensington to ask them which lock I should buy and they said "Kensington K65020WW MicroSaver 2.0 Laptop Keyed Lock". This one doesn't fit either. 0 marks to Kensington for not stating the actual size of the bolt. 0 marks to HP for not providing the size of the slot in the manual. 5/5 to Amazon for providing a rapid returns system - but they could save their time and mine by putting pressure on companies to provide proper specifications.
