Digital Locksets have come a long way since their introduction and this one is as nice as any I've seen. The matte black finish feels good to my hands and make it easy to manage when wet. The perimeter design is understated so that it doesn't draw excessive attention to it. I found the installation easy and straight forward and accomodates both standard length bolts. The action is smooth and the entire unit feels well built and not cheap. I like the manual key opening out in the open for ease of access so i don't have to fiddle with a cover plate. The numbers are large and easy to read and the on/off switch inside that keeps it unlocked is handy for our kids to not wear things out. This lockset doesn't have a lot of fancy gimmicks that I'll never use and the price is perfect and in keeping with a well constructed piece of hardware. I like the functionality enough that I intend to install 3 more in my home.

I recently replaced my front door lock with this keyless smart lock. My old electronic lock required annoying steps to lock/unlock from the inside. But this lock’s interior turn knob fixes everything! Just slide it to “ON” to keep the door unlocked for deliveries, moving stuff, or letting the kids run in and out without worrying about accidental lockouts.Switch to “OFF”, and it auto-locks within 5s. Already recommended it to neighbors and will buy another for our garage!

Other than the keypad, the main thing for me on one of these locks is having an actual manual handle rather than a motorized one. I also prefer the more basic ones like this one which has a simple clutch mechanism that disables the engaging of the handle when not activated. This means the batteries last longer, or in this case, you can use smaller batteries. This lock uses four AAA which is quite handy. You also get a backup traditional key should the batteries run out unexpectedly. There is also a on/off switch on the indoor side that allows you to leave the door unlocked if that’s convenient. A really nice lock for the price, I’m really liking it so far.

Disclaimer: My rating system: EVERYTHING starts at a 5, and goes from there. I thoroughly read the descriptions and if I don't like the description, I simply don't order the item. If the product shows up as advertised they get a 5. If there are unadvertised flaws, they are duly noted and stars removed accordingly.... that being said:I am always needing keyless entry locks, and this one is GREAT! Installation is super easy and adding your private code[s] is easy as well. One thing I like about this set is the lock and handle are combined into one unit, plus I love the lever handle for opening, especially when my hands are full...makes opening easier. It is very well made, and looks like similar locks costing $100 more in the store. It is heavy duty and seems very secure. Operation is simple. This is a great security add for a door with only one hole [if you don't want to drill another hole just for a deadbolt feature]. You can buy this with confidence and have it installed and working within 30 minutes.

This is my first smart lock and I absolutely love it. The main reason I got this was because I have a tendency to lock myself out of my house and with this lock I don't need a physical key to enter, just punch in the passkey and you're in. It was easy to install, easy to set up and it is a solid good quality lock. The backlighting is perfect at night and the number spacing is also perfect for clumsy fingers in the dark.

This is the first time I’ve ever gotten a touchscreen keypad lock for my own home, and I genuinely love it. I'm a pet care service provider and go in and out of multiple homes every day. Being able to walk up, tap in a code, and go—without digging for keys—is such a relief, especially when I’ve got my hands full with leashes, treats, and excited dogs. The lever handle makes it even easier.I first saw this lock on a client’s door and immediately liked the way it looked and functioned. So when I had the opportunity to get one for myself, I jumped on it. The entry pad is vibrant with great contrast, making it easy to see at dusk, at night, or even in direct sunlight. The lock itself—at least the one I got—is a sleek matte black, which looks really clean and modern on the door. It has a nice aesthetic without drawing too much attention to itself, which I appreciate. One of my favorite features is being able to create one-time codes. I have clients who drop their dogs off, and this gives me peace of mind—controlled access, no loose keys, and no need to be home right then. After having a number of things taken from my home recently, it feels good knowing I now control exactly who gets in. Too many people had access before, and this lock helped me reset that entirely.I also really like the large key spacing—it helps prevent hitting the wrong number by accident. And the anti-peeping password feature was new to me (had to look it up!), but I love that I can enter random digits before or after my actual code to keep anyone from guessing it just by watching. The lock itself is made of heavy-duty zinc alloy and feels built to last. It has a Grade 2 latch, which I also looked up—it means it's right in the middle of the residential lock grading system (Grades 1 through 3). Grade 2 offers a really solid level of security, much stronger and more durable than a standard doorknob lock (which is usually Grade 3), while still being affordable and practical for home use. It's also anti-bump, which protects against a lock-picking technique called “lock bumping”—a common break-in method using specially cut keys to force open pin tumbler locks. Knowing this lock helps defend against that gives me even more peace of mind. All in all, this is a great-looking, reliable, and secure lock that’s made my daily routine easier and my home safer. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone.
