This is a very well made product. Looks great.I was replacing an existing lock and handle all fit well except the bottom screw on the out door handle is not adjustable as they had said. The old one was different but i made it work.The app was easy to navigate one thing make sure you have the right setting on the R side door or L side door.Love the finger print function, i did program the cards but haven’t really used them i found finger print and number code is suffice for us.Very good value for the price

This was very easy to install (my 80 year old neighbor did it) and I was able to program it with no problem. LOVE the fingerprint recognition which unlocks my door quickly with just a touch. I set mine to automatically lock in 15 seconds so I don't have to worry about forgetting. Great quality and looks beautiful too!

This product works great. We had trouble at first but the customer service was quick and responsive, and made sure that all our issues were resolved. I would recommend this product and company. The lock is easy to use and looks great.

As a lock it was straight forward to install, I put three of these in my home. The fingerprint sensor only works if you put your finger exactly how you had it when setting up. Any slight variance in finger position and it won’t read.Getting the keypad to light up to lock the door or use passcode is quite annoying. You can tap the blank screen a dozen times before it might turn on.As mentioned I have 3 locks and you cannot setup all entry modes on one and have it sync. It will only sync passcodes, so fingerprint needs to be added manually to each one. The app also cannot tell you if the lock is unlocked or locked, but Alexa app can.I bought the G2 gateway and no matter how close to a lock it is, the signal reads weak. My house isn’t large either, so the locks are all within 30 feet of each other. At least one lock is always reading unresponsive in Alexa, and it’s about 50% reliable to lock everything with Alexa.Overall “they work” but definitely not impressed or would recommend.

This system is impossible to set the locks. The instructions are not set up for the lock that I received - I went onto YouTube as recommended by the manufacturer and the instructions were for another lock. Not the one that I have. I have 2 of these locks - paid to have them installed and the only way to lock and unlock is a key. There is no customer service to assist with questions.

I really like this door handle so far! It was easy to install and looks really nice. It’s basically the same price as some regular door handles, so definitely worth it for all the smart features you get!A little annoying that the matte black option only comes with silver strike plates.
