We went to install the new door handle andocka today and the inside door handle will not turn to open or shut the door. Tried to reach out for a replacement or refund just to be told it's not available.

However, I wish the interior handle had a similar vintage design, as it feels too modern in comparison. With all the other high-tech capabilities, it seems like a miss not to include a safety lock option for families with small children. As it stands, anyone could walk up to my door, and my toddler could easily open it. Even more concerning, my child could wander outside without me noticing. A simple child-proof mechanism would make this system far more family-friendly.OverallI’m rating this product 4/5. It’s a great option for households without young children, offering strong security, convenience, and style. However, the absence of a child safety feature makes it less ideal for families with toddlers or small kids. If you don't have little ones, this is a reliable and stylish smart lock system.

Product looks good, easy install. Good instructions, but disappointed it’s blue tooth only, not WiFi. And the number 7 button did not work right out the box.Update:Seller contacted me, they offered refund and replacement of the item. I excepted the refund, but I had no need for another unit that is not WiFi compatible. I appreciated their response to solve the issues. If they come out with a WiFi enabled version I would consider purchasing it.
