I love this mat. I use it to sit on when I'm gardening. This is the 2nd mat I have. The first I bought for my daughter when she went to kindergarten she's 33 years old now. That's how long the other one lasted. Comfortable and sturdy. A great buy.

This product is very small and thin which make it very uncomfortable for children to sleep in it! But, I'll have to keep it because I have to pay for the return shipping!! grr!!! I wish I hadn't bought it!

Perfect!I operate a family home childcare and Peerless has always produced well made nap mats.I alternate between spraying down with Lysol and wiping down with bleach water. Let them air dry, fold them up and store them until the next day. Can't be simpler.I do not allow the kids to play with them so I don't know how durable they would be for that. But when used as intended, these are fantastic and you definitely get your money worth with years of use.

The product was exactly as described and fit my daughter's school needs perfectly. What really made this transaction shine was the customer service. The mat did not show up within the scheduled window and I contacted the Education Station via email. They returned my email the same day explaining that there was some problem with the local mail and the mat had been returned to them. They informed me they would correct the issue and I would receive my mat soon. I got the mat the next day. Oddly enough, I also got the original mat I ordered about a week later. I contacted the company again and offered to send it back but they told me to keep it and I donated it to my daughter's school. All in all, it was a pleasant experience.

My son started Pre-school this year and was asked to bring a nap mat. The teacher suggested I buy a Kindermat, so happy I did. My son is very tall for his age and this mat works out for him perfectly. Fits in his locker no problem as it folds up easily. Wears great as well.

I use two king-sized pillow cases to cover it completely. Toss in her favorite blanket and an old toddler pillow, and she's got the perfect nap station at daycare. And the entire get-up fits in another king-sized pillow case easily for easy storage. She's an average-to-tall 5 year old (42"), and this gives her ample room for laying down. Not much room for rolling around, but what nap mat really does? This keeps her off the carpet, and for the days they nap in the sunroom on the tile, it keeps her cushioned off the tile floor. It's fairly thick, but no so thick as to be cumbersome. And my daughter says it's comfortable, which is what counts.I like that it's sturdy and holds up well, and the vinyl cleans easily. Plus it's easy to take the rest of the blankets and covers home for it to wash. No zippers to break, no muss, no fuss. It takes her less than 2 minutes to unfold this and be covered up at naptime (because I can leave the pillow cases on it while it's folded), so her daycare loves it, too. Matter of fact, I was told they're ordering extras for the kids whose parents got flimsy, thin little sleeping bags for their tots instead.

This was the size mat that my son's preschool teacher asked us to get so that it could fold up and fit in his cubby. Honestly, if you don't have the size limitation placed on you I would go for a thicker mat. This mat is barely better than throwing a thick towel on the floor. That being said my son didn't seem to mind at all and liked having his own special mat. A king sized pillow case makes an excellent case for the mat so they do not have to just lye on top of vinyl (also think that it protects it a bit too). The mat smells like that chemically vinyl smell when first opened so you may want to leave it unwrapped and open before handing it over for your child's use. The vinyl is really thin and does not stand up to much wear and tear and I ended up slapping on a piece of duct tape somewhere mid year to get it to make it through the school year!
