My camper has needed jack pads for some time. Hopefully I will no longer be searching the campsite for that rock, or digging the back of the tow vehicle for a board to go under the scissor jacks.I was initially surprised by the weight. Shipping weight is 7.1 lbs, and my bathroom scale read 6.8 lbs for the pair. Each pad is a solid block of hard black rubber that smells like new tires. I am certain they will not break.Pads are roughly one foot long, and 1 1/2" thick. They attach to the edges of the scissor jack pads somewhat easily with four molded-in clips. The pads ship with nylon ties and steel bolts to permanently attach them. Choice of ties or bolts is up to the installer. I chose the steel bolts.I clipped the rubber jack pads to my scissor jacks, and found my jack fit the rubber pads perfectly. A single steel bolt per pad slides into a hex recess up through the rubber pad. I found the length of the bolt perfect, and the placement of the bolt perfect for the single hole in my scissor jack. There is no excess length to the bolt. Pressing it far enough through the base of scissor jack with enough thread to catch the very thin hex nut was the only difficulty.I normally eschew using the stamp-steel installer tools that come with accessories, but the shorty 14mm open end wrench that shipped with the pads worked better than my open end crescent in the tight space. There are no washers. When the jack is raised, the thin hex nut rides against the upper jaw of the jack, providing justification for the shortest possible bolt, and the thinnest possible nut.My only hesitation is ground clearance. The thick pads plus the bolt and nut cost me about 2" or clearance on an already low rear end.I am glad I ordered these pads. They are a permanent part of my camper.

Full disclosure - I got these for free to review with the Amazon Vine program. That said, they come in a package of two, and my travel trailer has four stabilizer jacks. I bought an additional set of these at full price. These are thick, heavy rubber pads that attach to the feel of the scissor-type stabilizer jacks on RVs. They clip on to the foot part via hooks that are molded into the piece. In addition, they have a hole cast through that allows the use of an included nut and bolt to further secure them in place (or you can use an included zip tie). These appear to be mad out of similar material to commercial-grade wheel chocks. They are hard rubber, but very slightly gummy. Harder than a car tire, for example, but still soft enough to conform around gravel and things like that. This should help immensely with stability on hard surfaces like paved (concrete/asphalt) campsites, and should also help to keep the metal feet from slipping on the plastic "lego" blocks when using those on more uneven sites.I'd buy them again.

There are a couple of reasons these are nice. First, they reduce the height you need on the jack, which makes things more stable. The downside is they hang down a bit if you permanently attach them so when the jacks are up, they hang down further than I'm comfortable with Second, they're good on iffy ground. Plenty of stability. Combine these with a board and it makes for a completely solid setup Much more solid than having the jack directly on a board. Think of it like having shoes vs. no shoes. The build quality is good but time will tell what UV does to them. So far, very happy though and I'll have to get another set for the other corners of our Rpod.

These are made of heavy duty rubber and feel like they will hod up a long time. I mounted them on the front 2 stabilizer jacks because 9 out of 20 times the front is lower than the back and I can't fit my red blocks under. Plus, the back ones have been know to drag in big dips. They come with "optional" zip ties and bolts. I would not go without bolting them on. My stabilizers had bolt holes on outside and inside, but these only have one hole. We'll see if one bolt is enough.Even though installation is obvious it ships with good instructions including clear pictures! They come with a tiny 9/16" wrench, but do yourself a favor and reach for a ratchet wrench. What the instructions do not mention is that you'll need to cut the bolt off once installed or you won't be able to fully close the jack.i can't imagine trying to get a hack saw in there. A cutoff wheel might reach, but I went with an oscillating cutoff saw.

These are great, it fit on my trailer RV. They do stink when you first get them out but it's confirming high grade rubber. My only issue, which I don't think you can get around by, is the weight. They are pretty heavy so consider that before buying. It feels like easy 7 lbs on both. It's easy to instal, very universal and does the job. I did have some instances where the jack didn't reach the floor just by an inch, this will make my life easier. Didn't know I can upgrade and happy to do so! And it'll protect the metal longer from getting beaten up when you have to park on gravel or uneven terrain, plus the rubber helps bring some cushion, and doesn't feel like you are bouncing inside the RV anyways. It also expands a little more around which brings more stability. Oh, maybe one last thing, they are pretty big, now that I mention it. Something you may need to consider too if you are space limited and want to take on and off between travels. I plan to just keep mine on and see how it goes :) Happy with them so farHappy RV Camping Everyone!
