I bought this tool expecting it to be new as described only to receive a used and scratched tool with concrete residue still on the handle from the previous owner. This is ridiculous and outrageous.

Its an item that I need as a Ready Mix driver the weld from the handle to the scraper is sub par just wondering how long it will last before I ask the mechanics at work to re weld it.. Kind of expensive tool for what it is and what it does...the positive very light and scrapes the chute well..
